We cannot express enough that if you are cleaning your closet and considering DONATING your items, we may not be the Bouique for you. We are the Boutique where you have fabulous items, that are TOO GOOD to donate.

WE ARE A LUXURY CONSIGNMENT BOUTIQUE

AND

DO NOT accept merchandise found in, for example, Marshalls or TJ Max!

Our Clientele is looking for something unique and although your items may be very nice,

they may not be suitable for our Boutique.

WEARABLE AND SELLABLE ARE VERY DIFFERENT

It is our goal and job to make money for you! Based on experience and training in the fashion industry, we know what will sell and what will not. We may agree that the item you brought is stunning and impressive but not accept it for consignment because we know it won't sell. The world of fashion is about seasons, so we may not accept an item if it is not the appropriate month, but we would love to have it brought back when it is the right time. Sometimes we have too many of a particular brand and will not be taking more. That's not to say we will never retake them. We will do our best to keep you informed when stock is running low so that we can accept your items.

When you bring your items in to consign, we will select what our customers are looking for. Sometimes, there will be items we cannot consign. Please understand that our customers’ preferences must be our selection guidelines.

We base prices on supply and demand, but will work to get the best possible price for you!

Clean, pressed, and neatly folded. ANYTHING ON HANGERS, THE HANGERS WILL GO HOME WITH YOU
NO DATED ITEMS (OLDER THAN 2 YEARS (some exceptions apply if the item is a luxury designer and timeless)
No missing buttons, worn handles, or broken zippers.
Please wipe down the interior and exterior of all handbags and remove any personal items.
Seasonal and in excellent condition
All items found damaged during the intake process will be immediately returned, (if we missed something on the take-in process, your item will become the property of B2B, so be sure your items are in perfect condition.
ONLY AUTHENTIC LUXURY DESIGNER BAGS are sold in our boutique, NO FAKES PLEASE.

At your scheduled appointment, you will receive an itemized list of what you have brought in to consign.

There is a $5.00 per month consignor fee for any active consignor, which will be deducted from your account. The fee is not charged if you are not actively consigning with us. There is a $25.00 fee paid for items pulled before your consignment window expires

AUTHENTICATION
If a luxury designer handbag cannot be authenticated by one of our team members, there will be a $30.00

charge paid to Back 2 Back Luxury Consignment before consigning to have it authenticated.
If the Luxury Designer Handbag is not authentic, we will return the bag to you.
